January Gossamer Blue blog hop

 

It’s the 15th of the month, and that means it’s time again for the Gossamer Blue design team inspiration blog hop!

Each month we bring you this blog hop filled with inspiration for using the current month’s kits to give you an extra boost of inspiration, above and beyond what you’ll already find in the galleries. Enjoy the hop!

I decided I’d do something I don’t do nearly often enough these days and make a scrapbook page!

I used bits and pieces from various kits for this page about my husband and I on New Year’s Eve. I stuck with a simple design and chose to use various embellishments to dress it up.

I love the gold scripted words from Dear Lizzy in the Life Pages themed add-on. The hello one paired well with the 2015 enamel embellishment,a leo found in the Life pages themed add-on.

I had a little fun with the enamel dots from the Life Pages kit and used them to add some champagne bubbles to my photo.

 

 

More of the gold puffy stickers, and the chalkboard tags from the life Pages themed add-on. Papers are from the main kit. The “Let’s do this” card is also from the Life Pages kit.
