Hello and welcome to another Tuesday Sketch from Skipping Stones Design.
This month we have Lea Lawson back with us, only this time as our guest sketch artist! Lea’s one talented chick and I’m excited for the opportunity to work with the sketches she designed for us this month. I hope you can join us too. Don’t forget there’s a prize involved for one lucky participant!
Here’s Lea’s sketch.
I decided to use the Cupcake Cutie stamp set this time. I’ve had this darling set for a while, but just hadn’t inked it up yet. This is such a great set not only for birthday cards, but for anyone who loves a bit of sweetness in their lives. Who doesn’t love cupcakes, right?
I’ve had that cupcake patterned paper since last summer and had been waiting for just the right project to us it on because I just love it! I think a cupcake card is just that right project for it, don’t you?
Speaking of cupcakes, there’s a new cupcake shop that opened up close by and it is divine! If you’re local you must stop by Sublime Cupcakes in Wyomissing! They update their facebook fan page every day with the flavors of the day and they are all drool worthy. The kids and I stopped in there a couple weeks ago to try out their treats and, oh yummm! Soo good!!
Anyway, check out the work of the rest of the design team.
And our guests designers:
Thanks for joining me today! I’m off to spend the day with the kiddos who are home from school today because of another snow storm. We’re all invited to a tea party this morning hosted by Chloe. Chocolate milk is on the menu.
