Yay! I finally got around to making a card again. My mom’s birthday is on Friday, so I thought I’d use this week’s Color Inspiration Challenge to make a birthday card for her.
This week’s colors are Chocolate Chip, Kiwi Kiss, Baja Breeze, and Whisper White.
My sisters and I and our families are planning to take my parents out for lunch on Friday to celebrate my mom’s birthday.
This card is made using the God’s Beauty hostess stamp set from Stampin’ Up! Mine hasn’t seen enough of ink yet. I love that butterfly and the leaves that go with it. So much potential here with this one. I added some white dots to my butterfly wings with my white gel pen. I like how that brings the butterfly to life a little more.
